Former Museum of Science and Industry – Photos by Pete Ashton

On June 24th – 25th the Museum of Lost Heritage invited the public to visit the site of the former Birmingham Museum of Science and Industry at 144 Newhall Street before its transformation into some mixed use malarkey.

The building was a shell of its former use with remnants of the museum and it’s prior life as a factory on display, some as they were, some repositioned by the curators Alistair Grant and Stuart Mugridge.

Pete Ashton went on the Sunday and took lots of photos.
